We pack and send orders from Ipswich. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually sent the same day. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
We deliver to UK addresses only at the moment. Perfume is a flammable liquid, so Royal Mail rules mean we can't send it abroad.
Returns
You can cancel your order and return any perfume that is unopened and still sealed within 14 days of receiving it. For hygiene reasons we can't take back a bottle once the seal or cellophane has been removed, unless it is faulty.
How to return
- Email sales@sazfortune.co.uk with your order number and what you're returning.
- We'll reply with our returns address.
- Post it back with a tracked service (the cost of return postage is yours unless the item is faulty or wrong).
- We refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item?
Sorry about that. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including postage.
