Are your perfumes genuine?
Yes. Every bottle is genuine and sent sealed in its original box. If anything ever looks wrong, contact us and we will put it right.
What does "inspired by" mean?
Many Arabian perfumes share the style of a famous designer scent. We note the comparison so you know roughly what to expect. They are original perfumes in their own right, made by their own houses, and are not made by, copies of, or connected with the designer brand mentioned.
How long do Arabian perfumes last?
Most of the eau de parfums we sell are rich and concentrated, so they tend to last well on skin and even longer on clothes. How long any perfume lasts depends on your skin, the weather and how much you spray, so we don't promise hours.
What do top, heart and base notes mean?
Top notes are what you smell in the first few minutes. Heart notes are the main character over the next few hours. Base notes are the warm trail that stays at the end. Every product on our shop lists all three.
What's the difference between EDP, EDT and extrait?
It's how concentrated the perfume is. Eau de toilette (EDT) is lighter, eau de parfum (EDP) is stronger and lasts longer, and extrait de parfum is the most concentrated of all.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.99 and usually arrives in 2 to 3 working days. It's free on orders of £50 or more. We email your tracking number as soon as it's sent.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. Perfume counts as a flammable liquid, so we can only send it within the UK.
Can I return a perfume?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery if it's unopened and still sealed. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are always replaced or refunded. See delivery & returns.
How can I pay?
By Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are taken securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just makes it easier to track orders and re-order your favourites.
